A Word from our Partner

E&O If a time-sensitive document is mailed to the wrong address and its failure to arrive in time causes another business a loss of revenue or it damages their reputation, that business may hold yours accountable. If a major event is scheduled for 27th and the caterer shows up on the 22nd with a van full of freshly prepared food because someone within your company told them to be there on the 22nd, who pays for the caterer’s food and labor? General liability insurance does not cover these types of losses, and you do not have to be at fault technically to face litigation.
